What is the Friendship CDC

The Friendship Community Development Corporation (FCDC) is a non-profit corporation organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code 1954. The organization’s objective and purpose is to work within the community, to revitalize and/or stabilize the communities served by the Beatties Ford Road Corridor, to provide affordable housing, housing for seniors and special needs populations, to provide educational programs that assist in meeting the needs of the community, to provide supportive services and programs for youth, adults, and seniors and to encourage economic development activities within the community .
